About Me
My journey began with reclaiming my power from the depths of sexual abuse, daddy issues, people-pleasing tendencies, and ancestral traumas. With each challenge, I made the conscious choice to step into my authenticity, refusing to be confined by societal expectations or lingering shame.
Every experience, every hurdle, served as a stepping stone toward self-discovery and empowerment. What once felt like burdensome lessons eventually revealed themselves as catalysts for my own transformation. Through this journey, my purpose became clear: to guide others toward their own path of healing and greatness.
As a non-performative yoga and movement instructor, Reiki Practitioner, sound healer, and spiritual mindset coach, I've been blessed to discover tools that have profoundly supported my healing process. Rooted in personal experience, my teachings focus on unraveling trauma and breaking free from unhealthy patterns, creating sacred spaces where women can authentically express themselves, feel supported, and find their voice.
My passion lies in guiding women on transformative journeys toward wholeness and personal joy. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment, reclaiming our power and stepping into our true essence.
